Has anyone seen John Woo's Laughing Times? I had an opportunity to buy it for $2, but passed. Is it bad enough to amuse, or just plain terrible?

Yeah, I may pick it up if it's still there later as it is apparently out of print (?). It was in a clearance sale from a Sing Young dvd rental shop. I was buying dozens of discs, and had to prioritize and conserve storage space.
