It's erm... very... err ...grey. I've been trying to think of some constructive criticism, but I haven't come up with anything. I think staring at the greyness has robbed me of my imagination. Is that the final design of the POF site?

Yeah, I'm not too fond of it either. I thought it was going to be full of Asian-related stuff, but it doesn't appear to be much different content-wise, kinda generic with the film-reel and that.

On another note, I did manage to register and comment on the site, but on an unfortunate matter...

yea, I initially thought adding some colour (i.e our own, posted stuff) would liven it up but in the end, it needs that orange somewhere, that mix up of orange and grey as in the original site design. So yea, I think in the end our suggestions to the designer led nowhere and unless he can come up with something else, I think we're back to square one. Seems like a good guy though so...

And square one looked good enough.

ive been fiddling around with the website myself, seeing if I could inject some color into it, actually playing around with the "film roll" you see on the homepage, replacing the "1"'s with actual scenes from asian cinema. I've asked the guy original files so that I could edit the picture myself rather than making it look like a bad cut/paste job.

I've emailied several requests to the company, hopefully we could get some change soon. hopefully for free too lol

what about putting images where the banners should go

or perhaps just removing it lol and having like a playlist interface where you can select different podcasts and it plays it, so people can see all the podcasts inline
